Credit card expenses are itemized line by line like CC statement

Monthly payments to credit cards are not the P&L

Purchase refunds are classed to the orinal expense, not to REFUND

Last year P&L numbers are easily found on last year’s business tax return

The P&L alone is fully self-explanatory to loan officers or tax preparers
