W9s or name, social, address, email and earnings for any 1099 worker

W3 and quarterly 941s if any payroll

Bills for whole house utilities, maintenance, taxes… if any home office

Amounts and dates of any fed and state estimated tax payments made

Spreadsheet or list of business use of: phone, internet, vehicle (mileage)

Sales agreements, trade-in, disposal details if any big ticket items

P&L, organized similar to tax return items, plus Balance Sheet are provided

No unnecessary nor redundant details given to tax preparer (receipts, etc) !

All docs are electronic and provided no less than 14 days prior to deadline
